Crispy Baguette with Egg Pastella with Chanterelles
with Parma ham and rocket

1 Pastella with chanterelles Lisner
1 wheat baguette
6 slices of Parma ham
70g of rocket
2 tablespoons of marinated chanterelles (optional)
Method of preparation
Slice the baguette lengthwise in half.
If you like your bread crispy, we recommend heating the baguette in a toaster or frying pan until browned.
Spread the baguetter with Pastella with chanterelles.
Place the Parma ham and rocket on the baguette.
Decorate the top with pickled chanterelles.
