4 big herring fillets a'la matjas Lisner
300g of cherry tomatoes
70g of green olives
250g of mini Mozzarella
basil for decoration
Method of preparation
Before preparing the recipe, soak the herring in cold water, preferably for about 2 hours. Change the water three times during this time, then rinse them thoroughly. If you prefer your herring to have a more salty taste, skip this point.
Cut the herring into 2 cm x 2 cm pieces.
Thread a cherry tomato, olive, mini mozzarella and herring onto toothpicks.
Place the appetizers on a plate and decorate with basil.
