Sandwich with smoked herring
dried plums, almonds and rocket

1 bucket of 'Marynarskie' naturally smoked sliced herring fillets
20g of almond flakes
8 slices of sourdough wheat bread
100g dried plums
handful of rocket
butter for spreading
Method of preparation
Roast the almonds in a frying pan.
Drain the herring.
If you like crusty bread, we recommend heating the bread in a toaster or frying pan until browned.
Spread the bread with butter, then mayonnaise. Arrange rocket, prunes and herring in sequence.
Sprinkle the whole with roasted almonds.
Close with a second slice of bread buttered.
