Sandwich with smoked herring

  • 1 bucket of 'Marynarskie' naturally smoked sliced herring fillets
  • 20g of almond flakes
  • 8 slices of sourdough wheat bread
  • 100g dried plums
  • mayonnaise
  • handful of rocket
  • butter for spreading

Method of preparation

Method of preparation

  1. Roast the almonds in a frying pan.
  2. Drain the herring.
  3. If you like crusty bread, we recommend heating the bread in a toaster or frying pan until browned.
  4. Spread the bread with butter, then mayonnaise. Arrange rocket, prunes and herring in sequence.
  5. Sprinkle the whole with roasted almonds.
  6. Close with a second slice of bread buttered.
