Method of preparation

  1. Hard boil the eggs.
  2. Peel the eggs, cut in half and remove the yolks.
  3. Mix the egg yolks with Pastella with dried tomatoes.
  4. Spoon the prepared paste into the eggs.
  5. Decorate with pomegranate seeds, parsley and rocket.
