  • 6 tacos shells
  • 1 big avocado
  • 4 tablespoons of tinned sweetcorn
  • marinated jalape帽o (for decoration)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation

  1. Before preparing the recipe, soak the herring in cold water, preferably for about 2 hours. Change the water three times during this time, then rinse them thoroughly. If you prefer your herring to have a more salty taste, skip this point.
  2. Crush the avocado. Cut the herring, and onion into small cubes.
  3. Mix avocado with herring, onion and corn.
  4. Season the guacamole thus prepared with salt and pepper and mix.
  5. Put the guacamole to the taco shells.
  6. Decorate with jalape帽o pepper.
