Vegan oyster mushroom tartare a'la fishy
with dried tomatoes and pickled cucumber

200g Plant-based single portion oyster mushroom country style Lisner
1 White onion
4 Pickled cucumbers
50g Dried tomatoes in oil
Dill for decoration
Marinated mushrooms for decoration
4 Slices of bread as an accompaniment
Method of preparation
Finely dice the oyster mushrooms, dried tomatoes, onion and pickled cucumbers.
Layer the ingredients prepared in this way in a tartare ring or directly on the plate.
Decorate with dill and chanterelles.
Serve with fresh bread.
