  • 200g Plant-based single portion oyster mushroom country style Lisner
  • 1 White onion
  • 4 Pickled cucumbers
  • 50g Dried tomatoes in oil
  • Dill for decoration
  • Marinated mushrooms for decoration
  • 4 Slices of bread as an accompaniment

Method of preparation

Method of preparation

  1. Finely dice the oyster mushrooms, dried tomatoes, onion and pickled cucumbers.
  2. Layer the ingredients prepared in this way in a tartare ring or directly on the plate.
  3. Decorate with dill and chanterelles.
  4. Serve with fresh bread.
